Our Non-Invasive Detection Technologies

To ensure fast, clean, and efficient interventions, we use the latest generation of diagnostic tools:

  • Infrared Thermography: Using a professional thermal imaging camera, we can "see" temperature differences through floors and walls. It is the perfect solution to map pipes and find leaks in heating systems or hot water lines.
  • Acoustic Geophones: This instrument amplifies the noise generated by pressurized water escaping from a pipe. Working like a highly sensitive medical stethoscope, it allows us to "listen" to the floor and pinpoint the exact location of the fault.
  • Tracer Gas: We empty the pipe of water and fill it with a special inert, odorless, and completely safe gas. Using an electronic sensor (sniffer), we detect the exact point where the gas escapes and rises to the surface.
  • Video Inspections: Through flexible micro-cameras inserted directly into the drains, we can check the internal condition of the pipes to identify cracks, crushing, or obstructions.
